Privacy
This covers mostlyinvoices.com — the website you're reading. The Mostly Invoices application is in private beta and is not yet generally available; when it opens up, it will have its own privacy terms covering the data it processes on a customer's behalf, because that is a different question from this one.
The short version
This site has no account, no login, no shopping cart and no contact form. There is nothing here for you to fill in, so we hold no information you have given us. The only way to get in touch is to email us, and then we have your email because you sent it.
What this site collects
Analytics and advertising
We use Google's analytics and advertising tags so we can tell whether our advertising works. They set cookies and send Google information about your visit — pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser, and how you arrived here. If you clicked one of our ads that is recorded too, along with clicks on our email address, so we can count how many people intended to get in touch.
Google is an independent controller of that data. What they do with it is governed by their own terms, described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Hosting
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
If you email hello@mostlyinvoices.com, that message reaches an inbox held with our email provider, and we keep it so we can reply and remember the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information, and we never have
- We don't take payment details on this website — nothing here processes a card
- We don't have a signup form, so we hold no account data
- We don't send marketing email unless you ask us to
Cookies, and turning them off
The only cookies here come from the Google tag described above. You can block them in your browser settings, or install Google's own opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works normally either way — nothing on it depends on a cookie.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how it's used. Since the only thing we realistically hold is an email you chose to send us, that's usually a short conversation. Email us and we'll act on it.
We answer to hello@mostlyinvoices.com. If you'd rather write, Mostly Apps, Inc. is a Delaware corporation and we'll provide a postal address on request.
Children
This is a business product. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this changes we'll update the date at the top. The product is early and the site will grow — when we add a booking form or a signup, this page will say so before it goes live, not after.
